Great opportunity to focus on debt and equity transactions for ground mounted solar systems across Europe.

The Opportunity:

• Support the Project Development team in equity and debt transactions by managing the process and coordinating internal/external resources
• Support the Project Development team in optimising and commercialising solar PV projects, including raising senior and junior debt as well as other activities directly impacting projects’ profitability
• Review relevant transaction documentation and external contracts as necessary
• Support C-Levels in the decision-making process by analysing and comparing available options
• Produce or review financial models, presentations and info memos to be used as marketing material or internal reporting to management

The Individual:

• 3-5 years’ experience in the renewable energy industry;
• Experience raising junior / senior financing
• Experience in equity transactions
• Knowledge of financial modelling and valuation techniques
• Experience of other energy technologies like storage of advantage
• Affinity with legal, technical and financial aspects of projects
• Master or bachelor degree in a relevant area of expertise
• Fluent in English in word and writing, mastery of additional languages is an advantage
