The Role
- Profit Centre Responsibility for all O&M activities
- Developing our global O&M strategy and establishing operations and processes to support the companies’ future business
- Management of O&M JVs and partnerships / sub-contractor arrangements
- Commercial Management of existing and future customers, customer acquisition in target markets
- Contracting and contract negotiation
- Developing best-in-class O&M practices and optimization of internal processes, including state-of-the art monitoring, reporting and analytics based optimization tools
- Optimisation of the performance of running plant and O&M costs
The Individual
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience in the commercial management of a GW scale international PV utility-scale O&M fleet
- Commercial all-rounder with P&L and sales experience, with high technical understanding in the industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and organizational skills
- Fluent English, German would be advantageous
- Based out of HQ Berlin with willingness to travel internationally
- This role can be a stepping stone to a more general management career with the company
