​Job title: Solar Field Technician

Location: United States (Remote)

TGRC is currently partnered with a full-service solar generation company serving its commercial, public sector and community solar customers throughout the U.S. We are currently looking for a Solar Field Technician to join this growing organization.

The Solar Field technician will be performing both proactive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, coordination of third-party contractors and warranty providers, testing and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience with the testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of solar inverters in commercial or utility-scale solar sites

• Proficient in reading and understanding low-voltage, medium medium-voltage plans, wiring and control diagrams, specifications, and data sheets

• Familiar with central and string inverters, DAS, and communication systems

• Experience performing testing on equipment, insulation, megger testing, IV Curve, torque test, and performance evaluations on inverters.
