TGRC is excited to be partnering with a with a growing provider of solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage systems (BESS) to appoint a Solar EPC Sales Manager. This client brings a decade of global leadership in solar PV to deliver utility-scale power generation plants customized for local and regional energy markets.

The Solar Engineering EPC Proposal Manager will be responsible for building and managing an opportunity pipeline, conducting training, performing customer presentations, as well as maintaining/expanding ongoing relations with existing contacts, and meeting with key client personnel and decision makers.

Responsibilities:

• Leading strategies to obtain new EPC business.

• Tracking and supporting key project initiatives within specified target accounts.

• Possessing and cultivating long-term relationships with key management personnel within the customer organization, spanning across procurement, engineering, process controls and operations.

• Developing and executing strategic account plans to ensure business goals are achieved.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

• 3+ years of experience in EPC sales or execution.

• Solar industry experience.

• Proficient knowledge of project engineering, procurement, and construction process-es/procedures.
