​Overview:

TGRC are partnering with a global, independent, and leading renewables consultancy. Our client requires experienced analysts to join their respected Analysis Services team working on wind and solar projects world‑wide to facilitate the growth of renewable energy.

Wind and solar analysis is an evolving science, and their aim is to be the best wind and solar analysis team in the industry; to maximise their contribution to project value and the development and operation of better renewable energy projects.

The role:

As a senior member of the team, you will be supporting business development, commercial projects and client management. You will also be able to contribute to the development of new methods, policies and software assisting with the R&DS strategy.

Being a growing team, there are a number of graduate and junior analysts which you will be mentoring and developing.

Essential Criteria:

• Relevant previous analysis experience in wind energy (>5 years)

• A 2:1 minimum degree or equivalent in engineering, physics, meteorology or mathematics

• Ability to work as part of a diverse and international team

Desirable Criteria:

• Advanced computing aptitude, including data handling and analysis

• Excellent communication and reporting skills

• Enthusiasm to support the development of junior staff

• Proficiency in project and time management

• Confidence in providing technical advisory to a range of technical and non-technical clients

• The flexibility and enthusiasm to thrive in an expanding business

• Experience of wind farm analysis and documentation review to support technical due diligence

• Academic background that includes fluid dynamics

• Experience of computer programming, including Python & Fluency in other languages
