Job description

The company is fully integrated across development, construction, financing, and operations, and has recently secured significant institutional investment to accelerate its next wave of projects.

With multiple construction starts scheduled over the next 12–18 months, this is a pivotal moment to join their growing team.

The role:

They’re seeking a Senior Project Manager/Director of Execution to lead the delivery of large-scale solar + storage assets (50–300 MW+). You’ll be accountable for driving projects from engineering handover through construction, commissioning, and turnover to operations—ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule are all achieved while also helping build scalable execution frameworks for future growth.

What you’ll own:
  • Full project execution from design handover through commissioning and turnover

  • EPC/EPCM contractor selection, contracting, and performance management

  • Oversight of project budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and compliance

  • Commissioning, testing, and performance validation

  • Project reporting: progress, risks, cash flow, and financial performance

  • Capturing lessons learned and embedding best practices into execution playbooks

Ideal candidate profile:
  • 8–15+ years of execution/project management experience in renewables (solar, storage, or wind)

  • Proven record of delivering utility-scale projects through construction & commissioning

  • Degree in engineering or construction management (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong skills in contract management, cost control, and scheduling

  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager with leadership ability

  • Adaptable, execution-focused, and comfortable in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment
