Now, they’re entering Germany – and this is where you come in.

Your mission

As Senior Project Developer, you’ll take full ownership of Germany’s first projects, driving them independently from early-stage development through to delivery. You’ll be the one building strong relationships with TSOs, landowners, and key stakeholders, while overseeing the entire permitting, planning, financing, and construction process. Beyond individual projects, this role offers the chance to shape the German office itself, setting the foundations for future growth and positioning yourself to step into a senior leadership role as the team expands.
