Job description
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive escalation of critical concerns.
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring alignment with milestones, quality standards, and financial targets.
Strategically manage contracts, claims, and change requests, collaborating with stakeholders and legal teams to protect project interests.
Foster clear, open communication with internal teams, customers, and partners to align expectations and drive successful outcomes.
Mentor and motivate project teams, delegating effectively, promoting collaboration, and cultivating a results-driven culture.
Oversee project budgets, optimize cash flow, and ensure profitability through rigorous financial monitoring and reporting.
Build strong relationships with customers and subcontractors, ensuring satisfaction, compliance, and long-term business growth.
Uphold ethical standards, regulatory requirements (EHS, tax, etc.), and company policies in all project activities.
Job Requirements
7+ years of project management experience in wind energy, construction, or related industries (OEM experience preferred).
Degree or Master Qualification in relevant field.
Proven skills in risk management, negotiation, quality control, and financial oversight.
Strong multitasking ability to manage complex projects and lead teams effectively.
Fluent in English and Korean (written and verbal); proficiency in MS Office/SharePoint.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, IPMA) and knowledge of wind industry standards are a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently (50%).
