Job description

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and project managers. Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and ensure projects are managed according to established policies and standards.

  • Support the overall planning and execution of projects. Provide recommendations on resource allocation and coordination with Tokyo teams.

  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, including customers, external contractors, and regional leadership, to ensure alignment and timely updates.

  • Continuously monitor the status of assigned projects, provide support to project managers, and ensure timely delivery and quality.

  • Assist in consolidating and finalizing budget plans for projects and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

  • Provide input on the allocation of financial and personnel resources to support project success.

  • Ensure that project management processes meet quality standards and continuously drive improvements.

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and support the implementation of effective project management workflows.

  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues, providing guidance and support to resolve challenges.

  • Assist in defining, consolidating, and maintaining KPI records for continuous learning and performance tracking.

  • Prepare and present monthly reports on project status, including highlights, activities, KPIs, performance, and economic metrics.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.

  • Over 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in wind farm project management or construction.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and SAP tools.

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers and project managers.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region to support project activities and stakeholder engagement.
