​My client is a leading Investment Manager with dedicated private equity funds focused on renewable energy investments across Asia.

They're looking do add to their investment team in Singapore where you'll be responsible for supporting the team to successfully execute the entire investment cycle and continue to grow their footprint in the region.

Your role:

• Source prospective investments in line with company strategy

• Build or supervise the construction of financial models for each project and manage the analysis of the project.

• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, partners and suppliers.

• Negotiate with developers and project partners key commercial terms and shareholder agreements and manage such relationships.

• Negotiate project documents: PPA, IA, finance agreements, etc.

• Cooperate with engineering function on the feasibility studies, EPC, O&M, power evacuation and insurance arrangements

• Coordinate the necessary project-related activities across internal teams to make sure that the requirements of each project are met

Your profile:

• Ideally 6+ years of experience in investments across infrastructure or renewable energy projects

• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

• Highly analytical, organised and pragmatic

• Exposure to origination, transactions, raising debt and private financial advisory
