​TGRC is proud to partner with a leading Renewable Energy Company that builds, owns, and operates a portfolio of solar and BESS assets, who is looking for a Senior Investment Associate to join their commercial team and help lead M&A and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and adapt complex financial models for a renewable energy portfolio, new investments, and M&A.

• Support business development activities to existing and new clients to develop the investment pipeline.

• Provide leadership for junior analysts in the team.

• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and build relationships with prospective clients.

• Preparing client proposals, investment pitchbooks, responses to bids and tenders, and draft client, board investment reports.

• Create reports and dashboards that present key commercial information and track pipeline growth.

• Identify trends and benchmarks, ensure macro economic assumptions are up to date, and keep track of wholesale energy markets.
  

Your Profile:

• 3-5 years experience in consulting, M&A, or an investment/commercial analyst role in renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure.

• Degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.

• Strong financial modelling skills - particularly with Excel.

• Understanding of project finance principles and M&A.

• Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
