​The Green Recruitment Company is excited to be partnering with an established developer of utility-scale battery storage projects across the US, to appoint a Senior Development Manager (Central Region). The Senior Development Manager will lead project development of wind, solar and storage projects in MISO, SPP and ERCOT.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute project development plans to meet project objectives, including cost, schedule, and resources.

• Manage all aspects of project development, including energy and technical assessments, permitting, land acquisition, interconnection and stakeholder management.

• Off-take origination and power marketing.

• Project technical design and infrastructure siting.

• Construction contractor selection and contracting.

• Equipment procurement and commercial negotiation.

• Identify or originate new growth opportunities, including targeted areas for greenfield development.

• Perform and lead due diligence review of prospective wind, solar and/or storage development asset acquisitions.

• Support project finance, offtake RFP and permitting submissions, and/or project acquisition efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong track record of successful development of wind, solar or storage projects in various markets, with a preference for experience in MISO, SPP and ERCOT.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance and/or engineering; Master’s degree preferred.

• At least 4 years of success in the development of renewable energy and energy storage projects.
