​Senior Business Development Analyst

Location: San Francisco Bay Area

I'm partnered with a solar and battery storage developer in their search for a Senior Business Development Analyst!

Quickly becoming a leader in the space and backed by some of the biggest players in the battery storage and EV charging financiers in the industry, they are looking to expand their team!

This role will support both the commercial and utility sides of the company and will be responsible for not only project economics and modeling market revenues, but also collaborating with leadership on global strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales Team on market modeling for current market conditions

• Research regulatory frameworks and wholesale markets to assist with deal economics, including but not limited to, RTO/ISO tariffs, nodal pricing, and interconnection studies

• Build and update financial models to evaluate and ensure project viability

• Develop and implement new market strategies

• Analyze energy storage business models and applications

• Update strategy, offers, and products according to emerging industry market trends

Your Profile:

• Strong financial modeling skills (DCF, IRR, and NPV)

• 2+ years of EV/Renewable industry experience

• Strong analytical skills

• High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Energy storage modeling experience preferred

• Experience with energy storage technology and value propositions
