Position: Sales Manager
Location: United States (preferably in a major city with easy access to transportation hubs)
Role and Responsibilities: As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the distribution network and sales operations in North America. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the renewable energy sector.
Identifying and evaluating potential distributors and partners in North America, building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Leading and managing the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with market demand and customer requirements.
Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and expand the network of contacts.
Monitoring and analyzing sales data, preparing reports and forecasts, and providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
Strong knowledge of the North American renewable energy market, including customers, competitors, and industry trends.
Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing distribution networks and channel partners.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets.
Willingness to travel within North America and occasionally internationally.
