​My Client a leading Renewables business in the UK & Europe is looking to hire an ESG Manager who will focus a bit more on the reporting side (50/60% of work load). You will join a team of 3 ESG professionals. The role works on implementation of the group’s sustainability strategy and improving robustness of non-financial reporting. Salary £80-110k + bonus

Responsibilities:

• Leading on effective corporate ESG/non-financial reporting

• Aligning corporate reporting with mandatory and voluntary reporting frameworks

• Implementing and continuously improving ESG integrated data management systems

• Supporting the implementation of the corporate sustainability strategy and the Net Zero Roadmap

• Training of relevant business functions in ESG/non-financial reporting and implementation of ESG data management solutions

Skills:

• Proven experience working in sustainability/ESG

• Extensive experience in ESG reporting frameworks (eg GRI, SASB, TCFD, EU Taxonomy, EU CSRD, etc);

• Advanced Excel

• 4-8 yrs experience in ESG.
