​The Opportunity:

A leading global energy transition company are developing a portfolio of renewable energy and green hydrogen projects to support the establishment of green energy and green product industries around the world.

The company are looking for a Grants and Funding Manager that together with the grant team will manage and support the European, MENA and Africa region in coordinating and applying for financial support for its growing portfolio of green energy projects, both local grants and global grants.

The role:

• Manage grant and funding application activities and resources for the regions Europe, MENA and Africa.

• Act as the point of contact and communicate application statuses to all team members.

• Create and maintain funding application schedules, with milestones, due dates and action items.

• Prepare briefing material & reports that will be presented to the management team and ensure adherance to the global grant process.

• Support with external affairs and liaison with local governments and municipalities as required.

• Follow up and ensure reporting for received grants.

The Individual:

• Educated to degree level (Financial, Political or International Affairs desirable)

• Prior experience as grant coordinator or manager preferably in the energy sector.

• Experience of working with Project Management.

• Good time management and organisational skills.

• Strong MS office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)

• Self-starter and ability to work well in an international setting with remote teams.
