Our client, a leading Chinese Energy Storage Manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Control Executive to join their team in Shanghai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the company's products through implementing and maintaining quality control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure the quality of the company's products

• Monitor and analyze product quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners to support the company's business objectives

• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations

• Manage and develop a team of quality control professionals to ensure high performance and productivity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in quality control, with experience in the energy storage industry preferred

• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques

• Experience in developing and implementing quality control systems and processes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus
