The company is operating a newly launched manufacturing facility in the United States, currently scaling from initial production toward higher-volume, multi-shift operations.
The Role
The Quality Manager will lead all quality management activities at the manufacturing site, ensuring consistent product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer confidence during a critical scale-up phase. Oversee inspection, testing, traceability, and quality documentation across the full production flow
Lead non-conformance handling, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate internal audits, customer audits, and external certifications as required
Work directly with suppliers to resolve material quality issues and improve material consistency
Partner with production and engineering teams to improve yield, reliability, and process stability
Ensure quality standards are applied consistently as the factory transitions into multi-shift operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline
5–8+ years of quality management experience in solar manufacturing (pv module) is preferred
Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and structured problem-solving tools
Experience working cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams
Exposure to U.S. manufacturing quality and compliance requirements preferred
