Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-precision machinery components. With a strong focus on innovation and quality, they serve global clients across automotive, industrial, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary quality assurance liaison between the company and customers.

  • Handle all customer quality complaints and coordinate root cause analysis.

  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure product compliance.

  • Develop and maintain quality documentation including control plans and inspection standards.

  • Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues.

  • Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementation.

  • Prepare and present quality reports to both internal teams and customers.

  • Organize customer quality review meetings and follow up on action items.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

  • Conduct supplier quality evaluations when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of QA experience in manufacturing, preferably in precision machinery.

  • Proven experience in customer-facing QA roles.

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 preferred).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and root cause analysis capability.

  • Fluency in Thai, proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • Experience with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, etc.).

  • Willing to travel occasionally to customer sites.
