Job description
Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-precision machinery components. With a strong focus on innovation and quality, they serve global clients across automotive, industrial, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary quality assurance liaison between the company and customers.
Handle all customer quality complaints and coordinate root cause analysis.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure product compliance.
Develop and maintain quality documentation including control plans and inspection standards.
Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues.
Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementation.
Prepare and present quality reports to both internal teams and customers.
Organize customer quality review meetings and follow up on action items.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Conduct supplier quality evaluations when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of QA experience in manufacturing, preferably in precision machinery.
Proven experience in customer-facing QA roles.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 preferred).
Excellent problem-solving skills and root cause analysis capability.
Fluency in Thai, proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Experience with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, etc.).
Willing to travel occasionally to customer sites.
