Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of projects in conjunction with other business functions to ensure milestones within the program are met.

• Maintain the Risk Register, document actions, and track mitigation efforts.

• Control project budgets, monitoring expenditures against approved allocations.

• Present project overviews to key stakeholders at a senior level.

• Oversee due diligence and work with the project team to mitigate risks in line with the program and budget.

• Update and monitor the project action log.

• Ensure design assurance by coordinating all aspects of design development.

• Collaborate and communicate with the Construction team.

• Oversee and update modeling inputs throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead project meetings and reviews with the project team.

• Prepare Gate Papers by compiling information from the project team to influence stakeholders and support investment decisions.

• Manage the HSE file to capture actions and decisions in line with CDM best practices.

• A core aspect of the role will involve collaborating with all areas of the business; building relationships and working towards a common goal will be essential.
