The Green Recruitment are happy to partner with our client, an international EPC leader in the renewable energy industry, in looking for a Project Manager to join their successful team.

The company is a well-established player, counting with around 15 years of experience. They are firmly committed to developing and training their employers and to creating new jobs.


The role

The successful candidate will join the team as a Project Manager working on-site at Edenvale, Queensland.

They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.



  • Consult with the Financial Manager and Project Director on a regular basis;
  • Act in compliance with the Project Documents and within the power limitations established by the Steering Committee at all times;
  • Develop the design and construction strategy, as well as supervise and manage the project;
  • Ensure that the Works are delivered in accordance with the program and budget, as well as complying with the Project Documents and any other Client needs;
  • Publish monthly reports on the Works' progress, including any noteworthy events or issues relating to the Head Contract;
  • Liaise with key personnel to understand safety and quality issues, human and plant resource requirements, and environmental issues affecting the Site and the Works, and report to the Project Director.



  • Formal engineering qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience managing construction processes, solar experience will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills. Clear, effective, and regular communication with the team members and other stakeholders is crucial.
  • Bilingual Spanish will be highly regarded.
