We are a reputable recruitment agency representing a prominent Chinese renewable energy components manufacturer. We are seeking a skilled Product Quality Manager to join their team. Responsibilities:

As the Product Quality Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and maintaining the highest standards of product quality within the company. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and processes to ensure product conformity and reliability.

2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and communicate quality standards and specifications.

3. Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track product quality.

4. Conducting regular quality audits and inspections of production processes and finished products.

5. Leading investigations into product quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

6. Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.

7. Developing and delivering quality training programs for internal teams to enhance quality awareness and skills.

8. Keeping up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in product quality management.

9. Preparing quality reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product quality management or quality assurance, preferably within the renewable energy industry.

3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies, such as ISO 9001.

4. Experience in implementing quality assurance processes and procedures within a manufacturing environment.

5. Excellent understanding of product specifications, standards, and testing methodologies.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.

7. Familiarity with quality tools and techniques, such as statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).

8. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

9. Fluency in English and Thai is essential.

10. Willingness to work in Prachin Buri, Thailand.
