​We are currently recruiting for a Regional Lead on behalf of a global renewable energy provider. This client is a leader in the renewable energy sector, specializing in inspection, repair, and maintenance services. The role offers a unique opportunity to grow business revenue and oversee the financial performance and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing clients and prospects.

  • Manage key customer relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Take ownership of the financial performance of the area, including revenue, pricing, and margins.

  • Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts while managing commercial risks.

  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative commercial strategies.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the local team to promote a high-performance culture.

  • Ensure compliance with local statutory obligations and company policies.

What Our Client is Looking For:

  • Fluent n English and Chinese.

  • 8+ years of experience in business or commercial management (wind industry experience is a plus).

  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and achieve sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and business regulations.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

  • Experience with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
