We are currently recruiting for a Regional Lead on behalf of a global renewable energy provider. This client is a leader in the renewable energy sector, specializing in inspection, repair, and maintenance services. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing clients and prospects.
Manage key customer relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
Take ownership of the financial performance of the area, including revenue, pricing, and margins.
Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts while managing commercial risks.
Drive the development and implementation of innovative commercial strategies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the local team to promote a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with local statutory obligations and company policies.
What Our Client is Looking For:
Fluent n English and Chinese.
8+ years of experience in business or commercial management (wind industry experience is a plus).
Proven ability to manage key accounts and achieve sales targets.
Strong understanding of local labor laws and business regulations.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Experience with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
