Procurement Coordinator

​TGRC is hiring a Procurement Coordinator to assist the procurement team in managing purchasing activities for our client’s renewable energy projects. The role involves coordinating purchase orders, supplier communications, and maintaining accurate procurement documentation. You will work closely with the project and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services, supporting the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the procurement team in creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders.

  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve order discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

  • Collaborate with project and logistics teams to align procurement activities with project schedules.

  • Support supplier evaluation, onboarding, and performance monitoring.

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics support, ideally within renewable energy or construction sectors.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Based in London or willing to commute.

Desirable:
  • Experience supporting EPC or construction projects.

  • Knowledge of renewable energy materials, equipment, or services.
