Job description

TGRC is partnered with a highly established and well-capitalized renewable energy developer and owner, with one of the largest utility-scale solar and energy storage pipelines in the United States. With a multi-GW development and execution portfolio, strong institutional backing, and an expanding U.S. footprint, the business is continuing to scale its internal delivery capability across engineering, procurement, and project execution.

The organization is known for a high-performance, collaborative culture, strong work-life balance, and competitive compensation and benefits.

Position Details

The Capital Equipment Procurement Manager plays a critical role in driving procurement strategy and execution for major, long-lead equipment categories supporting large-scale utility-scale renewable projects (Solar and Storage). Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related discipline (MBA preferred).

  • Strong commercial acumen across contract terms, warranty structures, LDs, and schedule remedies.

  • Exposure to utility-scale solar and/or BESS equipment procurement strongly preferred.

  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
