TGRC is partnering with a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing for the solar PV sector to recruit a Process Integration Engineer at their Greenwood, South Carolina facility. This is a unique opportunity to join an industry powerhouse driving innovation in renewable energy technology.

The Role:

As a Process Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging process development, engineering, and production. You will be responsible for refining semiconductor manufacturing processes to ensure maximum yield, efficiency, and quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams on process enhancements and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize semiconductor process flows for high-performance solar PV applications.

  • Identify and resolve yield, process, and integration challenges through root cause analysis.

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, equipment engineers, and production teams to implement process improvements.

  • Drive cost reduction and efficiency gains without compromising quality or performance.

  • Utilize statistical analysis and data-driven methodologies to enhance production outcomes.

  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering or integration.

  • Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor fabrication techniques, including thin-film deposition, etching, and lithography.

  • Experience in high-tech manufacturing environments, ideally within solar PV or related industries.

  • Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
