Job Description:

Our client, a leading solar PV developer, is looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join their team in Paris. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pre-construction phase of solar PV projects in France.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pre-construction phase of solar PV projects in France, including site assessment, feasibility studies, and technical design.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project developers, engineers, and legal advisors.

  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and financing plans.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

  • Manage relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-construction management for renewable energy projects, with a focus on solar PV.

  • Strong knowledge of solar PV technology, project development, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Familiarity with French permitting and planning regulations.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
