The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Plant Manager to oversee operations at a state-of-the-art facility in Thailand. This position requires a proven leader with deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, capable of driving operational excellence, ensuring product quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.

• Maintain compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies.

• Work closely with the senior leadership team to align manufacturing capabilities with global business objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and process optimisation.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing within a senior operational leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supply chain management.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-precision production environment.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills.

• Fluency in English; Mandarin language skills an advantage.
