Responsibilities:

• Gain hands-on experience by assisting with recruitment and candidate screening for roles in the fast-paced renewable energy sector.

• Work closely with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide valuable recruitment advice.

• Support the management of recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow.

• Coordinate scheduling and interview arrangements, helping everything run seamlessly.

• Provide key recruitment data and reports, contributing to the team's decision-making and strategy.

We Are Looking For:

• A full-time undergraduate/graduate student graduating in 2025, able to commit to

  at least 4 days a week

  for the internship.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• A detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities and a passion for learning.

• Quick adaptability and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

• Self-driven, independent, and eager to make a real impact.
