Job description
The individual will be responsible for researching and developing strategies to deploy new electric vehicle charging stations. Manages a diverse set of teams responsible for accomplishing all facets of EV site analysis and grant proposals. You'll collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to assist in shaping and executing our EV Business.
Responsibilities
- Work to support the site location strategy for new electric vehicle charging stations across the portfolio
- Lead and mentor a team of site analysts and grant managers
- Proactively seek ways to scale electric vehicle charging station roll out and sustain consistent growth of EV station deployment
- Develop processes and procedures to proactively build EV program
- Lead a team of subject matter experts in Trade Areas Systems (TAS) management while developing a pipeline for EV charging station deployment
- Work closely with Operations, Asset Optimization and Lease Administration to validate site feasibility for EV program
- Work closely with Network Planning to integrate EV planning into site analysis
- Establish and build effective external relationships across the EV grant and incentive communities to include federal, state, regional and local resources
- Develop effective partnerships across the organization
- Review incentive proposals to ensure accuracy and ability to integrate facility into EV program
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's/ 4 Yr Degree
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3+ Years
Years of Management Experience: 3+ Years
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or Trade Area Systems (TAS) experience preferred
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Experience in geographic information systems
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Strong Business Acumen, strategic and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- People management experience (3-5 years combined)
- Strong collaborative skills, internal and external along with coaching and mentoring abilities
