Day to day activities in this role will include:

• Engaging day-to-day with the relevant stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations of assets within the existing portfolio e.g. planning & scheduling works whilst assessing/mitigating both physical and commercial risks

• Frequent attendance at site to ensure a positive relationship with site based service providers and delivery of a quality service

• Daily monitoring of the assets and liaising with relevant service providers

• Maximising the output at all operational sites

• Identifying and ensuring that adequately trained/competent contractors/staff and resources are in place to ensure the optimum and reliable performance of operational assets

Key Requirements:

• A strong HSE ethos and understanding

• Relevant experience e.g. from technician level to a supervisory role

• Experience general contractor management

• Strong knowledge of wind‎ turbine safety rules/safety culture

• Strong knowledge of maximising yield and reducing losses

• An understanding of asset reliability and associated management practices

• Good IT and communication skills

• Possession of a full (manual) car licence
