​Operations Director - Renewable Energy O&M Specialist Contractor

The Green Recruitment Company, representing a leading Renewable Energy O&M Specialist Contractor, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to lead their operations in Hefei, China. This exciting leadership role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities: As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations and maintenance activities related to renewable energy projects. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Providing strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.

2. Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize O&M processes and enhance overall performance.

3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Health & Safety, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless project delivery.

4. Managing budgets and resources to achieve cost efficiencies while maintaining the highest quality standards.

5. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements to enhance O&M services.

Requirements: To excel in this pivotal role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant advanced certification is advantageous.

2. Proven track record of successful leadership in renewable energy operations and maintenance, with a focus on solar or wind projects.

3. In-depth knowledge of O&M best practices, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build productive relationships with stakeholders.

6. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication.
