​Job Role: O&M Engineer - BESS

Location: One hour North East of Warsaw

Job Description:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on BESS units

• Conduct inspections, capacity tests, and firmware/software upgrades

• Provide remote diagnostics and customer support

• Manage spare parts and ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Maintain documentation (timesheets, job logs, risk assessments)

• Assist in product development and suggest improvements based on field experience

• Travel required, including potential overnight and international trips

Essential Requirements:

• Qualification in electrical discipline

• Maintenance experience (electrical or multi-skilled)

Preferred Experience:

• BESS, HV/LV power electronics, inverters/converters
