​We are partnering with an established Energy Business Intelligence organisation seeking a high-performing New Business Development Manager to drive subscription revenue growth.

You will own the full 360° sales cycle — from prospecting and cold outreach through to closing high-value subscription deals. This is a pure hunter role. (No account management | No inherited pipeline | No farming)

The Role

  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close

  • Deliver against revenue-based KPIs and activity targets

  • Generate new business revenue through proactive prospecting and lead generation

  • Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, events)

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new customers into subscription revenue

  • Close deals with an average order value of £20,000+

  • Maintain pipeline visibility using Salesforce or similar CRM

  • You will be responsible for planning and executing demand generation activity to drive consistent new revenue growth within the energy sector

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle B2B new business sales

  • Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets

  • Experience selling subscription-based products or data/business intelligence solutions

  • Background within the energy sector (renewables highly desirable)

  • Demonstrated success closing £20k+ average order value deals

  • Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting capability

  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Highly driven, target-motivated and competitive mindset

  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems

  • Experience in market intelligence, data, or research-based subscription sales is a significant advantage.
