​The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to have partnered with a leading Renewable Energy business in searching for an M&A Analyst / Associate to join their dynamic team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with conducting financial analysis including financial modeling, valuations, and scenario planning

• Support the entire project/investment lifecycle from inception to financial close

• Assist in due diligence processes

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential targets and market trend in the renewable energy sector

• Support the deal team in the execution of the transaction process, including coordinating with various stakeholders

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals to expand the company's network and client base

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (Master's or CFA is a plus)

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A

• Prior experience in renewable energy is a plus

• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills
