Job Description:

The Manager/Senior Manager will play a vital role in supporting the Project Finance team. This team is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing structured financing, which may include project sales, leases, construction financing, term debt, and tax equity financing. This role requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment, working closely with internal and external teams to meet transaction deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare applications and engage with governmental financing entities to ensure unique capital for projects.

• Prepare materials for investment committee.

• Develop and maintain project finance models.

• Monitor equipment financial markets for valuation techniques and pricing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional experts.

• Stay up to date on competitor transactions.

• Conduct macroeconomic analysis (tax law changes, interest rates, and sector developments).

• Monitor structured energy transactions and capital sources to support project finance and valuation.

• Assist in revenue contracts, grants, equipment evaluation, and lease vs. buy analysis.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in renewables/power & utilities, finance, or capital markets.

• Experience in investment banking, project finance, governments financing, or related field.

• Microsoft Excel (financial modeling), Microsoft Office.

• Strong presentation skills.
