The Green Recruitment Company is delighted to partner with a leading Chinese Solar Panel Manufacturer and OEM in their search for a highly skilled Legal Head for the EMEA region. Based in Dubai, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead the legal function for a dynamic and innovative company in the renewable energy sector. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in the manufacturing sector and a proven track record in legal management.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Leadership: Provide strategic legal advice and support to the company's operations across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.

• Contract Management: Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and legal standards.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the manufacturing sector, including environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks, developing strategies to protect the company's interests and assets.

• Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation, working closely with external legal counsel as needed.

• Corporate Governance: Support the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, with a strong background in legal management.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law. An advanced degree (e.g., LLM) or certifications in relevant legal areas are a plus.

• Skills: Strong understanding of legal principles in the EMEA region, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and proven leadership abilities.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the solar panel or renewable energy sector is preferred.
