Key Responsibilities

• Report to the GM of Côte d'Ivoire.

• Manage the legal needs of the business department and liaise with external legal consultants.

• Oversee contract review, management, and performance tracking.

• Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance across business activities.

• Assist with legal aspects of investment and financing projects.

• Maintain up-to-date disclosure documents and legal filings.

• Support communications with regulatory authorities and contribute to building a robust compliance system.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law.

• 3+ years of legal practice or in-house legal experience.

• Strong understanding of legal terms in finance, energy, or infrastructure.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin

• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
