Job description
I'm currently hiring for a Contract Manager role in the infrastructure space within the renewable energy sector, based in Rome, Italy.
Role Overview:
Contract management support for a major renewable energy portfolio (Solar)
Key focus on the revamping/implementation phase of multiple infrastructure sites
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (EPC, O&M, PPA, NDAs, shareholder agreements, etc.)
Managing legal risk, corporate governance, and compliance matters
Liaising with external counsel and internal stakeholders
Supporting litigation and dispute resolution processes
Overseeing insurance, facility agreements, and contract milestones
Contributing to internal policy and KYC/AML processes
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years’ legal experience, ideally in renewables or infrastructure
Background in commercial contract negotiation and regulatory law
Strong understanding of Italian legal frameworks and public authorities
Fluent in Italian and English
Based in or open to relocation to Rome
