​TGRC has been engaged by a fast-growing and ambitious renewable energy business that is continuing to build out its legal capability. As part of this growth, the business is open to speaking with Legal Counsel, Commercial Counsel, and experienced Paralegals who are keen to support a dynamic, mission-driven organisation in the renewable energy sector.

This is a hands-on role supporting the company’s commercial and operational activities, working closely with internal stakeholders to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal support as the organisation continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements

• Advise business stakeholders on contractual risk, deal structure, and negotiation strategy

• Support sales and procurement teams to enable efficient deal closure

• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standard terms

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

• Identify legal and commercial risks and propose pragmatic mitigation strategies

• Support dispute management related to commercial contracts

• Contribute to continuous improvement of contract processes and workflows

Your Experience

• Qualified lawyer

• Strong experience negotiating commercial contracts

• Solid understanding of contract law and commercial risk

• Ability to translate legal issues into clear, business-friendly advice

• Renewable energy sector knowledge
