The Role:

• Building sophisticated financial models for project evaluation, sensitivity analysis and transaction optimisation

• Analysing potential transactions and providing support during all transaction phases

• Support Project Finance Team in the negotiation and execution of M&A, funds raising and sale processes

• Strong focus on analysing debt finance transactions

• Participant in cross functional project teams

• Supporting the preparation of offer/bids and term sheets (financing, PPA, SPA)

• Electricity market analysis to understand price building mechanism and asses availability of derivative products

• Working in other company locations is possible

The Individual:

• Degree in economics, finance, mathematics or industrial engineering, MBA or Masters is a plus

• Knowledge of electricity market/regulations and financing infrastructure advantageous

• Strong cash flow modelling capabilities required

• Good MS Office Excel and macro-programming skills (Visual Basic programming is a plus)

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Business Proficient in English & German
