​We are partnering with a UK-based investment manager focused on renewable energy and long-term infrastructure assets. This role is ideal for a newly qualified accountant looking to step into industry and gain experience across financial reporting, asset performance, and commercial finance within a growing, mission-driven sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for a portfolio of renewable energy assets.

• Assist in preparing management accounts, statutory accounts, and variance analysis.

• Maintain accurate financial records and contribute to strong financial controls and governance.

• Work closely with asset managers to provide financial data, performance insights, and budgeting support.

• Assist with the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors as needed.

• Help develop reporting processes and support ad-hoc finance projects as the business grows.

Requirements

• ACA qualified (or soon to qualify), ideally from a Big 4 or top-tier audit background.

• Experience auditing asset management, energy, infrastructure, or similar sectors is beneficial but not essential.

• Strong technical accounting foundation and the ability to work across multiple entities.

• Proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail.

• Genuine interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or long-term infrastructure assets.
