​Our client a leading player in the renewable space is looking to expand on its capacity in the Polish Market. This induvial can work from the London HQ or even remote from Poland as needed.

The role:

• Supporting the Investment team in London on their Investment activities in Poland.

• Evaluation of new greenfield/ brownfield renewable energy project opportunities

• Financial modelling and analysis, due diligence

• Commercial negotiation (partnerships and JVs, transaction documentation etc.) support.

• Preparation and presentation of internal materials related to investment opportunities

• Business development and fostering strong working relationships with partners.

• Liaising and working with partners, contractors, external consultants and other key project stakeholders.

• Oversight of the timely development of the current portfolio of renewables projects across Europe

The candidate:

• Fluent in Polish and English

• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with partners to focus on sector specific initiatives

• Commercial acumen to identify and mitigate risks and understand the various interfaces across a development.

• Strong infrastructure or energy experience
