​Our client a leading Renewable Energy firm is looking for an Investment Banking Associate to deliver the day to day investment banking services. To support the origination and execution of mandated transactions by supporting most aspects of key transaction types.

Responsibilities:

• Support/manage day-to-day aspects of key transactions

• Support creation of client presentations, pitch books, and deal documents

• Participate in internal and external meetings;

• Establish clear, detailed transaction plans, anticipating potential obstacles, and plan how to overcome/accommodate these;

• Development of financial models and/or valuations for financing, and M&A

• Develop and support institutional client relationships on a day-to-day basis

• Support the building of existing, and proactively develop new relationships
  

The Individual:

• Knowledgeable about the clean and renewable energy sector, including solar PV, onshore wind, energy storage;

• Proactively manage professional development (CFA Program) - paid for by the company

• Background from an Investment Bank, Big 4, boutique or wider renewables company

• knowledge of M&A, project finance, capital placement
