Our client is a leading Investment Bank and they are looking for an Associate to join their team. The role will based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation modeling

• Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other client materials.

• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions

• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments

• Collaborate with other teams within the bank

• Develop strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of investment banking experience

• Relevant knowledge and experience across power and utilities sector

• Strong financial modelling skills
