​Our client a leading specialist advisory firm focused on 100% renewable energy. They are looking for an Investment Associate and Analyst.

The scope of this role will include:

·         Taking responsibility for advisory missions e.g. relating to financial structuring, raising required debt, or supporting M&A equity finance transactions

·         Leading the interactions with clients, banks, and other project stakeholders

·         Supervising financial analysts on the development and management of financial models and cash flow valuations for renewable energy projects

·         Overseeing due diligence processes including work prepared by other advisors

·         Gathering of market intelligence on sectors of interest to the company such as electricity markets, debt markets, or venture capital markets

·         Being active in sharing knowledge, building networks, and supporting business development

·         Active participation in an entrepreneurial, international, and dynamic team focused on making projects happen and adding real value to our clients

REQUIREMENTS:

The candidate should have a Masters or similar degree in Finance or Engineering from an internationally renowned institution and should have more than 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.

In addition, the candidate should demonstrate:

·         Excellent analytical skills and an ability to learn quickly

·         A strong understanding and mastering of financial concepts and products

·         Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

·         The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·         The ability to take initiative and responsibility for allocated tasks

·         A high motivation to work in a young & dynamic team with the ability to actively contribute
