​The Role:

• Conduct comprehensive research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities in the renewable energy sector, including solar, wind, hydropower, and biomass projects

• Analyse and create financial models, perform valuation assessments, and assess risk factors to support investment decision-making processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate project feasibility, assess market dynamics, and develop investment theses

• Assist in structuring and negotiating investment transactions, including drafting term sheets, conducting negotiations, and coordinating legal and financial due diligence

• Monitor and manage existing renewable energy investments, tracking performance, identifying value creation opportunities, and mitigating risks

• Support senior team members in preparing investment proposals, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and external clients

The Individuum:

• Master's degree in finance or economics

• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance, with a focus on renewable energy investments

• Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in financial analysis and valuation techniques

• Business Proficient in English
