​I'm supporting a global leader in energy solutions, as they expand their UK presence in the Battery Energy Storage (BESS) sector.

They're looking for an experienced BESS Project Manager to join their growing team in London — someone hands-on, technically sharp, and ready to lead end-to-end project delivery.

Our client will also consider candidates outside of the London area.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Full-cycle BESS project management– from early-stage design through to commissioning and delivery

• Technical coordination– working closely with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to meet grid and client requirements

• Support on tendering and design reviews– including technical documentation, supplier evaluation, and optimisation of BESS solutions

• Stakeholder & supplier management– including maintenance contracts, vendor relationships, and collaboration with the transformer division

• Opportunity to shape future delivery– in a fast-growing UK team backed by a major international business
