Collaborate with internal teams (trading, legal, risk, finance) to align deal terms with business requirements
Track UK market trends, policy changes (CfD, REMA), and competitor activity
Support pricing model development and contribute to new commercial offerings
Represent the company at industry events and forums
Essential:
5+ years' experience in energy trading, origination, or renewable PPA structuring
A demonstrable track record of closing PPAs in the UK or European markets
Strong commercial awareness, with experience in pricing, risk management, and route-to-market structures

Excellent stakeholder management and deal negotiation skills
Confident working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
